Welcome
We all have the capacity for a change and the ability to reach our goals. Therapy is helpful because it is a place where you can feel heard and understood as well as less alone in your struggles. If you are often overwhelmed with the pressures of balancing life or feeling like you can’t fit it all in, therapy may help. Feeling just fine is not enough. I work with adults and my specialties include: life transitions, anxiety, stress management and self-esteem.
There are many reasons why people come to counseling. I believe that it can be beneficial to anybody. Imagine the change that could happen inside of you, really knowing you had someone in your corner. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapies and can integrate these approaches when needed.
I invite you to reach out if even small a part of you is ready to take the next step. We can walk together to work to figure out what you need to let go and what you want to embrace.
